Thanks Tom, I was heading that way - nice to have confirmation. Impressive application and documentation - in English too. If you feel that you would like help maybe in proofing I am happy to assist. |

Hello, Your command is: ssh -L 10000:192.168.0.1:443 -p 22 ezavista@192.168.1.178 Your error is due to the fact that your ALCASAR tries to resolve the domain name "@192.168.0.1" instead of using the IP address. |

SSH tunnel - English [ Répondre ] Par : Huw Williams on 2018-01-11 13:21 | [forum:487306] |
Hi I hope you do not mind me posting in English - but I am having problems connecting the web interface on the inside NIC using an ssh tunnel. I can ssh the server on the outside no problem and the documentation has been excellent so far. The error I get in the terminal is "channel 3: open failed: connect failed: name or service not known" Tried 3 browsers on 3 platforms and secure connection failed. I have tried following the instructions to the letter, any pointers to where I have gone wrong would be greatly appreciated. |
